In support of the One Store Bicol Program of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Bicol Region in partnership with SEDP MPC, DOST Secretary Fortunato De La Pena personally visited the SEDP Community Store on September 25, 2017 to check for himself the merchandise and processed products produced by the women entrepreneurs. De La Pena expressed his amazement on the good quality of the native products and promised that DOST will extend support in online marketing and upscaling the businesses of the women entrepreneurs supported by SEDP MPC.

SEDP-Simbag President and Chief Executive Officer, Fr. Jovic Lobrigo, SEDP MPC Executive Director Remegia Balucio and SEDP MPC EDS Officer Noemi Bonaobra proudly welcomed De La Pena and party.

Secretary De La Pena was joined by DOST Region V Regional Director Tomas Brinas, PAGASA Deputy Administrator Landrico Dalida, Jr. and the provincial directors of DOST Bicol.
