To provide additional income during the Christmas season for the women entrepreneurs, SEDP MPC and DTI Negosyo Center conducted a Skills Training on Cake and Pastry Making on November 18, 2017 at the Training Hall of SEDCen Building, Legazpi City. The activity was attended by 25 SEDP members from the city of Legazpi and municipalities of Daraga, Malilipot, Tiwi and Libon in the province of Albay. This is the first of the series of skills training under the program Pabunos na Pagkakakitaan Ngayong Kapaskuhan.
